Life and Style Magazine is threatening to expose Nick Lachey and girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo - literally - and the couple has threatened the magazine with a lawsuit if they do so.
Many of you may know her as a former Miss Teen USA winner and a popular entertainment host, but did you know that the Filipino-American beauty was born at Clark Air Force Base in Pampanga.
Vanessa Minnillo, whose birth name is Vanessa Joy Minnillo was born on 9th November 1980 at the US Airbase in the Philippines.
Vanessa is of Filipino, Irish and Italian decent as her father, Vince Minnillo, was (an Air Force Aircrew Member) of Irish and Italian extraction, and Helen Berecero, her mother, a Filipina.

TMZ has learned that the photos show the two not only making out, but having hardcore sex in the hot tub. A source who has seen the photos tells TMZ that they are "Paris sex tape-level scandalous," and include images of the couple in several different sex positions. That's hot!
High-powered Hollywood attorney Marty Singer has sent a letter to the weekly mags, warning them that should they publish the steamy pics, they'll face one mother of a lawsuit. Don't mess with Marty!
