Was Hayden Kho Set-up?

I was told by someone in the know that Hayden Kho may probably have been set-up for his break-up with Vicky Belo.

Consider the fact that despite the length of their relationship, Kho was never given a significant position in the Belo Medical Group. While Belo may have sent him abroad for advanced studies, he seemed to have always been excluded from any long-term plans for the company's future. If Belo had long term plans for her relationship with Kho, wouldn't it be logical for her to have assigned him a significant corporate position? But nothing of that sorts ever happened.

And if you are Belo, if you really want to hold on to Kho, would you really tempt him with Katrina Halili, arguably currently the sexiest Filipina, knowing very well you won't be able to hold a candle to her youth and freshness? Why even expose Kho to the temptation? Belo could have easily contracted another hunk to appear with Halili in the nude pictorial. So why Kho?
