Battlestar Galactica's Tricia Helfer was spotted at Spike TVs Scream Awards 2007 in LA displaying her massive set of boobs, complete with partial nipple exposure! The poor girl must have forgotten to stick on that nipple tape, causing her top to slip down because of her two giant balloons.
